Buy even cheaper thanks to our loyalty program.

Thanks to our loyalty program, you can take advantage of extremely attractive discounts. By collecting points for each order, you will be able to pay for subsequent purchases with a discount of up to PLN 50. We use the following conversion of the value of orders to points:

 

PLN 100 = 1 point = 5 PLN discount for the next order

Discounts:

1 point = 5 PLN discount on an order

2 points = 10 PLN discount on an order

3 points = PLN 15 discount on an order

4 pts = PLN 20 discount on an order

5 pts = PLN 25 discount on an order

6 pts = PLN 30 discount on an order

7 pts = PLN 35 discount on an order

8 pts = 40 PLN discount on an order

9 points = PLN 45 discount on an order

10 pts = PLN 50 discount on an order

 

The minimum number of points, thanks to which you can get a discount, is 4 points.

The maximum number of points that can be used for one order is 10 points

* Loyalty program and DISCOUNT CODES cannot be combined !!!!

When using a DISCOUNT CODE, POINTS WILL NOT BE ADDED for the order placed.

 

Loyalty Program Regulations

1. General provisions

The Regulations define the rules for the operation of the Loyalty Program for customers of the www.acustore.pl online store
The organizer of the Loyalty Program is ACUSTORE Justyna Kosarga based in Rędziny, ul. Wolności 187b, 42-242 Rędziny.
The loyalty program offers the possibility to purchase products cheaper through the portal www.acustore.pl
THE LOYALTY PROGRAM IS VALID FROM 01/10/2021 to 30/06/2023.

2. Participation

The participants of the loyalty program are persons registered on the website www.acustore.pl

3. Principles of awarding points

Points are awarded based on the money value (PLN) of the order. At the time of placing the order, the customer automatically receives the number of points calculated according to the following formula: X = point value of the order, in which PLN 100 = 1 point (e.g. if the order value is PLN 135.6 = the number of points scored in the order is 1 pt, 220 PLN = 2 points). The granting of points is verified and only after completing the order will they be visible and available on the customer’s account.
Points are not charged on the cost of shipping the order.
Points are represented as integers.

Points are valid for four months from the date of the last purchase.

4. Points types / statuses

Pending Points – these are points automatically awarded when the customer places an order. Pending points are waiting to be verified by our side. Verification means changing the status of the pending points to one of the next two statuses (passed or canceled). Points marked as pending – are not taken into account when calculating the points balance for a given client.

Points Passed – these are the points approved by us. The change in the status of points from pending to credited will take place when it is known that a given transaction (purchase) has been finalized. Points marked as passed are taken into account when calculating the points balance for a given client.

Canceled Points – these are points that have not been successfully verified and have been canceled when the transaction was not completed (e.g. no payment, failure to collect products within the time specified by us). Points marked as canceled – are not taken into account when calculating the points balance for a given client.

Used Points – these are points that the customer used to pay for the ordered products. The points used are included in the customer’s point balance automatically when the points are paid for the order. Points marked with the used status are taken into account when calculating the points balance for a given client.

 

5. Verification of points

Verification of points should be understood as changing the status of pending points assigned to a specific transaction to one of the following statuses:
passed (passing points),
canceled (points canceled)
Changing the status of points from pending to credited or canceled is irreversible.
The time of verification of points is up to 14 days from the date of placing the order.
Pending points are counted when:
the transaction has been finalized, i.e. we have received the payment, and the ordered goods have been delivered or picked up personally by the customer within the time specified by us, which is up to 14 days from the date of shipment.
Pending Points will be canceled if:
the transaction did not take place (e.g. no payment, failure to collect the products within the time specified by us, 20 days from the date of placing the order).

 

6. Complaints

  • The Participant should inform the Organizer of any irregularities related to the Loyalty Program.
  • Complaints will be considered by the Organizer within 14 working days from the date of their receipt. When considering the complaint, the organizer will apply the provisions of the Regulations. The Participant will be informed about the Organizer’s decision via the e-mail or telephone provided.
  • The Organiser’s decision on the complaint is binding and final.

 

7. Personal data

  • The collection and processing of personal data of Participants participating in the Loyalty Program takes place on the terms set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
  • The administrator of personal data is ACUSTORE Justyna Blukacz based in Rędziny, ul. Wolności 187b, 42-242 Rędziny. In case of questions regarding the protection of personal data, please contact the Data Protection Officer by letter or via e-mail: info@acustore.pl.
  • The Customer’s personal data is processed in connection with participation in the ACUSTORE loyalty program and for marketing purposes – only in the field of marketing of own services. Personal data will be processed for the duration of participation in the ACUSTORE loyalty program and will be immediately removed from it after the consent is withdrawn.
  • In addition, the Administrator informs that the participant of the ACUSTORE loyalty program has the right to request access to his personal data, rectification, deletion, request to limit data processing or the right to object to processing, as well as the right to transfer personal data as well as the right to file a complaint. to the supervisory authority.
  • Personal data collected by the Organizer may be transferred to authorized state authorities under applicable law.
  • The organizer uses technical measures required by the current provisions on the protection of personal data to prevent the acquisition and modification of personal data sent electronically by unauthorized persons.
