GENERAL PROVISIONS

The legal basis for the processing of personal data results from the provisions of the GDPR (Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95 / 46 / EC – General Data Protection Regulation).

6 point 1 lit. a) GDPR – this means that we process personal data on the basis of the consent held,
6 point 1 lit. b) GDPR – this means that we process personal data because they are necessary to perform the contract or to take action before its conclusion, at the request received,
6 point 1 lit. c) GDPR – this means that we process personal data in order to fulfill a legal obligation,
6 point 1 lit. f) GDPR – this means that we process personal data in order to perform legitimate interests.

Using the Online Store, including making purchases, is voluntary. Similarly, the provision of personal data by the Service Recipient or Customer using the Online Store is voluntary, subject to two exceptions: (1) concluding contracts with the Administrator – failure to provide in the cases and to the extent indicated on the Online Store website and in the Online Store Regulations and this privacy policy personal data necessary to conclude and perform a Sales Agreement or contract for the provision of Electronic Services with the Administrator results in the inability to conclude this contract. Providing personal data is in this case a contractual requirement and if the data subject wants to conclude a given contract with the Administrator, he is obliged to provide the required data. Each time, the scope of data required to conclude a contract is previously indicated on the website of the Online Store and in the Regulations of the Online Store; (2) statutory obligations of the Administrator – providing personal data is a statutory requirement resulting from generally applicable legal provisions imposing an obligation on the Administrator to process personal data (e.g. data processing for the purpose of keeping tax or accounting books) and failure to provide them will prevent the Administrator from performing these obligations.

For the proper provision of services, we need data such as:

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

The Customer’s personal data is necessary for the proper provision of services, in particular:

implementation of the shopping process in the acustore.pl store,

conclusion of a sales contract,
making settlements,
delivery of the ordered goods,
exercising consumer rights,
handling the return of goods and complaints,

DISCLOSURE OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

Your personal data may be entrusted to entities cooperating with the ACUSTORE store to the extent necessary to provide services, for example to prepare the goods you ordered, carry out the payment process and deliver shipments. We never transfer your data, sell it or exchange it for profit or marketing purposes. Personal data is not transferred outside the European Union.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

The administrator uses technical and organizational measures to protect the processed Personal Data, appropriate to the threats and categories of data protected, and in particular, protects the data against disclosure to unauthorized persons, processing in violation of applicable regulations and change, loss, damage or destruction.

The Administrator provides the following technical measures to prevent the acquisition and modification of Personal Data sent electronically by unauthorized persons:

You can withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time in the same way as you expressed it. We will process your personal data until you withdraw your consent.

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We will keep your personal data for as long as you are an active customer. We store your data until you delete your account in the online store. Account deletion may take place at your request, but also if you withdraw your consent to the processing of your data, object to the processing of your personal data or request its deletion.

NEWSLETTER

The customer has the option of subscribing to our newsletter by providing an e-mail address and consenting to the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending commercial and marketing information by e-mail. Through the newsletter, we inform about our newest products or promotions. The ACUSTORE online store, like most websites, uses the so-called cookies (cookies).
