CLEANING
At home – it is recommended to wash the applicator with liquid soap and running water, dry after washing with a stream of hot air (dryer).
In medical facilities for sterilization of applicators, commonly used medical preparations for disinfecting equipment surfaces should be used. With proper use of the applicator, its expiry date is 5 – 7 years.
Description
The multi-needle applicator Lyapko “Quadro” 6.2 has a relatively large impact surface, thanks to which it has an increased therapeutic effectiveness. It is recommended as an applicator for use on the back – i.e. a lying mat in cases of prophylaxis and in complex therapy of diseases and damage to the motor apparatus such as: symptoms of tear (sciatic, shoulder, femoral), discopathies, herniated discs and hernias, degenerative changes, post-traumatic conditions, myalgia, curvature of the spine and many others), as a floor mat (preferably in a sitting position), for lying on the stomach (in cases of prophylaxis and in complex therapy of digestive system diseases such as: constipation, colic, biliary tract dyskinesia, obesity (fat deposition) in the abdominal area).
In the case of such a large type of applicator, an important condition for successful treatment and the absence of discomfort is correct positioning on it. When stacked correctly, the relative-uncomfortable sensations of the first few minutes turn into sensations of pleasant warmth. We can feel vibrations, pulsations, and the treatment often ends with a wholesome, healthy sleep. In order to position it correctly, it is necessary to arrange the bends of the spine most precisely with the help of correctly positioned pillows and twisted terry towel rolls.
If you experience discomfort 10-15 minutes after use, use the mat again the next day.
The causes of discomfort may be: incorrect position of the applicator, i.e. uneven load on the needles.
In order to remove any discomfort, lift over the applicator and place a soft roller under the knee joints. Then lie down on the applicator again.
The time of the session (lying on the mat) is closely related to obtaining the desired (required) effect:
for toning, anesthesia in acute pains, to increase efficiency and arterial pressure in hypotension – approx. 7-10 minutes;
in order to weaken or even remove long-term chronic pains, lower blood pressure, the relaxing and sleep-inducing effect – approx. 15-30 minutes and longer.
Different people have different skin sensitivity, so the time of application of the applicator will be different for each person. A feeling of discomfort will gradually appear as a sign of the moment at which the treatment should be completed.
Duration of therapy – 1-2 weeks. It can be repeated after 10-14 days. In practice, using the applicator every day within a few months, you can count on a lasting improvement in well-being, removal of chronic pains, weight reduction, increase in vital vigor and body efficiency.
